WHY IS BEING A FEMALE CEO SO IMPORTANT TO YOU?
“Being a female entrepreneur in a male dominated industry like videography is so important to me. When we first started Arrow & Knot Productions, we were charging little to nothing and had no idea what our work was truly worth. Six years later we are so confident in our company and our work. It isn’t easy, but the feeling of success that you have once you can make a living doing something you created from nothing is always worth it. The gender pay gap is real and at the rate we’re going women won’t be at an equal playing field until the year 2119. This is why I always love encouraging and supporting women in their businesses. Let's not wait another 100 years, let’s make our own rates and charge our worth.”
