WHY I CREATED FEMALE CEO
I wanted to share with you my mission and the platform I worked extremely hard to create and solidify! I have a goal of supporting Canadian females, educating people on why it is so important to have female leadership and creating a space where people can FIND the women in our communities to support. Our young females need to learn how important it is to be seen and heard. We need them to see strong women in leadership positions so they know that is where they CAN be and are meant to be. To show people that a woman walking into any room deserves respect. Women can be their own bosses as well as the boss of many people, including men. We have fought for our rights and now all we need is the determination to rise confidently in whatever position we so choose. Creating Female CEO was just that for me, a determination to rise backed by the confidence I have that this is what I need to be doing for not only my own success but the success of the women who come before and after me.
